Mr Pimperton, of the above company, recently installed a full central system at my home and also remodeled my bathroom. Throughout the installation he was punctual, considerate, efficient and, most importantly, patient with my whims and changes of mind. He completed the work satisfactorily in the time scale that he said he would and when, due to unforeseen problems with the structure of the house, I had to call a temporary halt to the work while this was put right, he happily rearranged his schedule to accommodate me and returned to complete the work when requested.

His advice on the Central Heating System and the correct type of boiler proved invaluable and I was more than delighted with his work. He never forgot that I had to live in the property while the work was going on, and always left things clean and tidy at the end of each day.

I have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing work and wish his business every success in the future.

I am writing this letter as a thank you and a recommendation for your work that you carried out for us near to Christmas of 1998. Dave Pimperton was engaged to us to dismantle an old back boiler system with a tank and install a brand new combi heating boiler system. As well as this we requested that the old bathroom be completely dismantled and a new bathroom be fitted with a power shower installed. Dave's price for the work was extremely reasonable and not only did he do an excellent job, consulting with us at all stages, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and building work .

Mr Pimperton undertook work in my home in November 1998, following a breakdown of our Central Heating boiler. Notably he:

* Responded to an out-of-hours call at 11:30pm, undertaking initial work between Midnight and 1am (and was only one of numerous companies willing to respond to our call at that time);
* Explained and demonstrated the nature of the problem;
* Returned within a few days to undertake the necessary repair work, including removal and replacement of central heating boiler, installation of two new radiators and associated pipework;
* Serviced a multi-point hot water boiler and undertook safety checks on fires and boilers.

Mr Pimperton was at all times particularly courteous and approachable; he always arrived at the times that he said he would and we had no hesitation in entrusting to him the keys to our house. We were impressed with the tidiness of his work, leaving the house clean and with no signs of pipework he had to undertake for the radiator fittings.

Overall, we were very pleased with the work he undertook and the levels of service he provided. I have since recommended him to a colleague of mine, for whom he is undertaking work, and would not hesitate to recommend him to other acquaintances. He has been by far the most efficient and effective trades-person I have come across.
